Chief Executive Officer
Benjamin’s passion for leadership, performance, and change are well suited to drive Ambyint’s growth vision. He has a wealth of broad based experience in leading teams with a keen eye for technology as a catalyst for better business outcomes. Born in the UK, Benjamin emigrated to Canada in 2004 and has worked for technology giants such as Xerox, Oracle, and IBM, while fostering an appreciation for highly entrepreneurial organizations focused in technology and professional services. This includes him establishing a consulting practice working with various leadership teams. A graduate in business, his career has centered around driving customer value and since landing in North America supporting customers in the energy industry. When not working Benjamin spends his time camping, traveling, soaking in family time, and golfing when time permits!

Chief Commercial Officer
Chris is an entrepreneur at heart and a champion of change, with a massive passion for driving technology innovation. For the past 15 years he has served as an investor and advisor to a range of oilfield services, equipment manufacturers, and oilfield technology startups. Chris was a co-founder of PacWest Consulting Partners and Digital H2O, oilfield data/research/software companies that were acquired by IHS and Genscape, respectively. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in systems engineering from the University of Virginia. In his free time, Chris enjoys travel, food, wine, and spending time with his two young boys.

Head of Technology & Data Science
Ferdinand is a thought leader focused on helping clients leverage their data to make informed decisions with high-impact measurable results that also support ESG initiatives. He is committed to using data to positively impact the world we live in. His career is steeped in research and product development serving in various technical, mentoring, and strategic roles at companies in the oil and gas sector and academic research laboratories. His passions for reading and everything related to numbers combined with his background in data science, reservoir simulation, and scientific software development provides him a diverse skill set to lead teams integral in creating science and data based products. Ferdinand holds a PhD in computational geochemistry from ETH Zurich and conducted his postdoctoral research at Stanford University. Currently residing in Calgary, Ferdinand uses his downtime to enjoy all of the outdoor activities the Rockies have to offer including swimming, biking, running, skiing, kayaking, and hiking.

Controller
Manjot is a ball of energy and a team player through and through. She began her career at MNP specializing in accounting for oil and gas services. She seamlessly transitioned to Ambyint in the integral role of overseeing all of the accounting and finance functions. Manjot holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Calgary and a Canadian CPA CA designation. In her downtime, Manjot really enjoys taking road trips to see the sights, exploring new cities, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Director of Product
Drew has a passion for responsible energy development that started when he was a research assistant working in acoustic energy harvesting at Southern Methodist University. Combined with this passion, he brings a wealth of Oil & Gas experience to the team, from engineering management, production, and operations optimization to practical field experience. Most recently, he served as Production Engineering Manager for Caerus Oil and Gas, where he was responsible for production operations, creating and managing budgets, and working to democratize and digitalize operational and financial data throughout the organization. Before joining Caerus, Drew held several engineering management positions with Baker Hughes’ Completion Tools product line across North America. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Engineering Management and Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University. Outside of work, Drew sits on the board of directors for The Energy Leadership Institute, a non-profit organization that develops and engages leaders from all sectors of the energy industry. He also loves spending time outdoors, skiing, hiking, reading, cooking, and relaxing on the couch with his wife and son.

Director of Customer Success
Chad is a human-centric leader and our utility player with the broad spectrum of experience he brings to Ambyint daily. His career spans two decades in technology leading diverse teams in customer success, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations. He is passionate about developing teams that love what they do, work together to propel the company, and focus on personal growth. Previously, Chad served in leadership roles as a mentor and project manager in consumer electronics, plus non-profit organizations. An outdoorsman, he loves spending time in the mountains with his family.

Senior Marketing Manager
Ginger is a marketer, communicator, and collaborator. She has held various roles in the oil and gas industry, covering chemical manufacturing, logistics, product, technology, sales, and marketing. This expansive experience allows her to bring diverse perspectives to all projects, large or small. Ginger is integral in driving all facets of the Marketing strategy as well as continuing to strengthen the Ambyint brand in the marketplace. She holds a MBA from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, Ginger loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, and a crisp, cold glass of wine!

Strategic Advisor
Shelley is passionate about the power of people to make sustainable impact and change. She drives innovation, growth, and change with breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement discipline. All while, leveraging technology, people, and culture. Shelley is an entrepreneurial executive with results-based experience in Management, People & Culture (HR), Strategic Planning, Operations, Sales, Marketing & Communications, Decision Support, Transformation, and Board Governance. She’s led and worked in large organizations like Xerox and TELUS, owned small businesses, worked with post-secondary, non-profit, and utility sectors. Committed to helping to make her communities stronger, Shelley is an active volunteer, mentor, and coach. Cultivating relationships and experiences with her family & friends while being active outdoors in all seasons, with a little red wine keeps her cup full.
