As a policy, Ambyint only uses sensitive information in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by the individual. Ambyint takes reasonable steps to ensure that sensitive information is relevant to its intended use, accurate, complete, and current. Ambyint does not provide any of the information we collect to third parties other than to market our products and services.
Without your Personal Information, we may not be able to provide you with access to your account and/or our Services.

5. Regulatory Information
This policy embodies the internationally accepted principles of data protection and privacy, without replacing existing national laws. It applies in all cases as far as it is not in conflict with the respective national law; additionally, the national law shall apply if it makes greater demands. National law applies in the case that it entails a mandatory deviation from, or exceeds the scope of, this statement for data protection. This statement also applies in countries in which there is no corresponding national legislation in place.
EU GDPR: Ambyint adheres to the EU General Data Protection Regulation as set forth by the European Parliament & Council regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield: Ambyint adheres to the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Ambyint’s compliance with the Privacy Shield.
If there are any conflicts between the terms in this statement and EU data privacy principles, the principles shall govern.

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Ambyint website.
