Beyond Monitoring

InfinityRL is Ambyint's closed-loop rod lift optimization platform. Most platforms monitor and recommend, then wait on your team to act. InfinityRL closes the loop. It continuously learns every well, detects abnormal behavior early, and automatically executes optimized setpoints, 24/7 — increasing production, improving reliability, and freeing your team for higher-value work.  One rod lift customer using InfinityRL saw a 15% increase in oil production.

Ambyint Rod Lift FAQs

What types of POCs do you operate on?

InfinityRL integrates with all major rod lift pump-off controller (POC) types, including Lufkin 1.0, Lufkin 2.0, Smarten, and Weatherford-RPOC, Kenwell POC, BEPOC.

What are your SCADA requirements?

InfinityRL's SCADA integration is vendor-agnostic — it connects to whatever SCADA system you already have in place, with no need to switch platforms or add new infrastructure.

What data requirements do you have?

InfinityRL draws on well data, well header information, control system data, downhole equipment details, wellbore and reservoir information, and time-series data such as SPM, fillage, fluid load, and minimum and peak load.

What surveillance and analytics do you offer?

InfinityRL includes a well-specific analysis page, a dynacard viewer, a daily operations dashboard, and well review dashboards, along with automated email reports delivered daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly for management reporting.

What types of anomalies do you monitor for?

InfinityRL continuously monitors for deep rod parts, delayed traveling valves, holes in the barrel or tubing, plunger undertravel, stuck pumps, stuck-open standing valves, worn pumps, fluid pound, gas interference, tagging, stuffing box friction and bad or distorted dynamometer cards.

What setpoints do you help manage?

InfinityRL actively manages key setpoints, including strokes per minute (SPM) and idle time, adjusting them automatically as well conditions change.
