Monthly oil production increased by 3% in aggregate, with a remarkable 20% increase for underpumping wells. Reliability metrics improved for overpumping wells, with reductions in SPM by 15%, while pump fillage increased by 1%. Cost savings were achieved with a decrease in electricity consumption by 10,227,484 kWh for overpumping wells, leading to $920,474 in savings. Environmental impact was reduced with greenhouse gas emissions (scope-2) decreasing by 4,620 MT CO2e, equivalent to $166,307 in CO2e mitigation. The expected ROI for deploying ASPM to all 1554 wells was 49x, equivalent to $24 million in value, showcasing the significant positive impact on our customer’s business operations and sustainability efforts.
