With over 13 years of experience spanning SaaS, oil & gas, fintech, medical devices, and enterprise platforms, he brings a strong blend of technical depth and leadership to engineering teams.
Passionate about modernizing software delivery, Nikhil has played a key role in advancing automation practices, strengthening backend and API validation, and improving release confidence through scalable testing strategies. He works closely with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle while helping teams move faster with confidence.
More recently, Nikhil has been exploring practical applications of AI in software engineering and quality workflows, with a focus on improving efficiency, accelerating testing, and enabling smarter ways of working.
